Studio: Bijou Classics
The title of this tape conjures up images of law enforcement or perhaps even a romp in the Motown Records office. However, the only concession to the title is an old police car in the middle of the garage (the Playground in San Francisco) where all the frenzied, sticky action occurs. This is somewhat of a departure for the director in that he does not use the very young men he has focused on in his past ventures.

There is only one moment that breaks the rhythm, a strange phone call. This conversation is the only insipid part of an otherwise phenomenal and rapturous non-stop fuck party.
